YouTube Scriptwriter Needed (Long Term, Ongoing Work) Hi, I'm Dr. Tiffany, founder of Mod Ambition. I run a YouTube channel for women who want to build a life that feels spacious and sustainable. My content blends neuroscience, productivity systems, and faith based personal development for women. I'm hiring a scriptwriter to be my long term writing partner for the channel. We'll be producing 2 videos per week, every week, so this is consistent ongoing work. What You'll Be Doing For each video, I'll send you my teaching outline. It includes the main points I want to make, the framework I'm teaching, the research I've already pulled, and the takeaway I want viewers to land on. Your job is to turn that into a full script people actually want to watch. Specifically: Writing the hook (the first 15 seconds that decides if they stay) Crafting the intro that pulls viewers in Weaving in stories, analogies, and metaphors that make my points land Adding research, examples, and references that back up the teaching Matching my voice exactly so the script sounds like me on camera My Voice I sound like a smart friend talking over a second glass of wine. I'm warm, direct, and grounded. I use a lot of contractions. I try to write at a 4th grade reading level. I avoid hyphens, em dashes, and rhetorical questions used as fake drama. I steer clear of therapy speak. I weave in faith and spirituality without preaching about it. You'll get sample scripts and a full voice guide once we move forward. Hard Rule on AI The writing has to be yours. If I wanted scripts that AI wrote, I could prompt those myself. Feel free to use AI for research and brainstorming. The actual script has to come from your brain and your craft. I can tell when something is AI written. Please don't apply if AI is your primary writing tool. Who I'm Looking For You've written for YouTube before, ideally for women's content in productivity, self development, business, or wellness. You understand pacing, hooks, retention, and how to make a teaching point land emotionally. You're a native or fluent English speaker with a real ear for tone and voice. You can write in someone else's style without losing your own craft. You hit deadlines, communicate clearly, and ask good questions when something is unclear. Pay and Timeline Pay is per script, negotiable based on your experience and the depth of work each script needs. I'll start with a paid test script for my final 2 to 3 candidates before committing long term. Looking to fill this role within the next 2 to 3 weeks.
