YouTube Scriptwriter for Long-Term Engagement

We run a network of YouTube channels and are looking for a scriptwriter for long-form videos. This is recurring, long-term work. We publish on a schedule and need a reliable writer we can count on every week. IMPORTANT: NO AI writing. We're specifically looking for a human writer. Scripts written or drafted with ChatGPT, Claude, or any other AI tool will be rejected we can tell, and it's an instant end to the collaboration. What you'll do: Write engaging YouTube scripts based on a topic/outline we provide Hook viewers in the first 30 seconds and keep retention high throughout Write for the ear, not the page conversational, punchy, easy to narrate Revise based on feedback, usually one round but after a while you will get the hang of it! What we're looking for: Proven experience writing YouTube scripts (this is a hard requirement blog writing is not the same skill:) A feel for pacing, open loops, and retention-driven storytelling. Fluent, natural English Reliable weekly turnaround.
