Zapier Expert Needed – Fix Calendly + Google Sheets + SMS Follow-Up Automation

I’m a private practice owner running lead follow-up automations through Zapier and need an experienced Zapier specialist to diagnose and fix several issues in an existing workflow. The system currently connects: * Calendly * Google Sheets * Zapier * Twilio SMS The goal is simple: 1. A lead submits a form. 2. A Google Sheets row is created. 3. Automated SMS/email follow-up begins. 4. If the lead books a Calendly consultation, their row is updated as “Booked.” 5. All future follow-up messages stop automatically. Current Problems We’re experiencing several issues including: * Calendly bookings are not consistently updating the correct Google Sheets row. * Some leads continue receiving SMS follow-up messages even after booking. * Google Sheets rows occasionally contain incorrect or duplicated data. * Row lookup and update steps may not be matching records correctly. * Need overall QA/testing of the automation to ensure reliability. Existing Setup * Multiple Zaps already built * Google Sheets used as lead tracking database * Calendly booking triggers * Twilio SMS follow-up sequence * Filters and delays already in place This is NOT a build-from-scratch project. The system exists and mostly works. I need someone to diagnose, repair, test, and optimize it. What I’m Looking For * Strong Zapier experience * Experience with Calendly integrations * Experience with Google Sheets lookups and row updates * Experience troubleshooting automation logic * Ability to explain root cause and document fixes Deliverables * Diagnose issues * Fix automation errors * Test entire workflow end-to-end * Provide brief documentation of what was changed * Recommend any improvements for reliability To Apply Please include: 1.
