I need an expert in implementation of Zendesk, who has done hundreds of Zendesk implementations including the AI agent setup, API setup, knowledge base, workflows, Macros, automations, rules, categorization of tickets and ticket types. notifications, SLA setup, office hours etc. Please do not apply to this job if you are not an expert in implementing Zendesk environment. I need an export, sharp engineer with lots of Zendesk setup expertise.
