Zillow Flex Preferred Admin help, experience preferred (real estate VA)

Looking for admin VA type help for a Real Estate Zillow business that is in the Flex/Preferred program. Specifically interested in candidates who have experience with helping team leaders and owners in this program. An excellent Real Estate VA would be great as well as those candidates would be encouraged to apply. We operate a growing business with over 100 agents and need help in alot of areas of the business. Everything from admin help with general business tasks, to various things in our CRM system Follow up Boss, to potentially inbound calls for a ISA, but you don't have to be good at all of these things. We probably need to hire at least 3 admin for various positions within our business. Willing to pay great hourly wage for the right candidate. We really are only interested in candidates who have previous experience helping other real estate businesses in various admin roles and basically the more you can do the better if you can do lots of various tasks with google docs and all kinds of admin help type of services.
