Virtual Assistant for DJ Booking Agency

I’m looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help me stay organized and execute ideas faster as I grow my DJ booking agency. This role will be a mix of business operations, personal assistant tasks, research, and helping turn ideas into action. You’ll work directly with me and help keep projects moving. Some responsibilities will include: * Video calls where we talk through ideas, problems, and decisions * Taking notes and creating clear action items * Helping organize projects and next steps * Research and gathering information * Contacting vendors and handling communication * Customer service and general operational support * Other tasks that help keep the business running smoothly I’m looking for someone who is organized, proactive, a strong communicator, and comfortable asking questions and taking initiative. You don’t need DJ industry experience—just the ability to learn quickly and help bring structure to a fast-moving business. Requirements: * Fluent spoken English (video calls are part of the role) * Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom/Google Meet, and ChatGPT/AI tools This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
