Summary

We are seeking a Freelance Travel Accreditation Consultant / Qualified Travel Professional with proven experience in the travel industry, travel agency operations, supplier relationships, or travel accreditation processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant travel industry experience and be able to provide proper documentation, such as an employment verification letter, supplier recommendation letter, or recognized travel industry certification. The main objective is to help to prepare, organize, review, and submit the required documents for IATAN Non-Ticketing Accreditation. Key Responsibilities Guide through the IATAN Non-Ticketing Accreditation process. Review IATAN requirements and prepare a clear application checklist. Help organize company documents, ownership documents, financial documents, insurance documents, and travel business proof. Advise on the qualified travel professional / QMP / QTA requirement. Provide proof of travel industry experience or accepted travel certification, where applicable. Help prepare or review the IATAN application package before submission. Assist with communication, document clarification, and follow-up during the IATAN review process. Advise on travel agency compliance, supplier readiness, and travel business best practices. Help prepare for future supplier onboarding with hotels, tours, car rentals, travel platforms, and travel technology providers. Support the creation of internal travel agency procedures, if needed. Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the travel industry. Experience working with a travel agency, host agency, tour operator, airline, hotel supplier, cruise company, DMC, OTA, travel technology company, or travel supplier. Understanding of travel agency operations and supplier relationships. Familiarity with IATA/IATAN, ARC, host agencies, GDS, travel suppliers, or travel accreditation processes. Ability to help organize and review accreditation documents. Strong communication and documentation skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a startup team. The candidate should be able to provide proof of experience and required credentials We want to start with this job and are looking for a long-term collaboration.
