Zoho Analytics Expert Needed – Build Dynamic KPI Widgets from Zoho CRM Data

I’m looking for an experienced Zoho Analytics + Zoho CRM expert to help me create two dynamic KPI widgets in an existing Zoho Analytics dashboard. Project Details: I already have a Zoho Analytics dashboard connected to Zoho CRM with existing widgets. I need help adding two new KPI widgets that respond dynamically to the dashboard timeline/date filter. KPI #1 – Case Records Without Notes During Selected Period In Zoho CRM, I have a module called Case Records. Each case record can have multiple Notes. I need a KPI that shows: The number of case records that do not have any notes created during the selected date range in the dashboard timeline filter. Examples: Select Last 30 Days → show all case records with no notes created in the last 30 days. Select Last 3 Months → show all case records with no notes created in the last 3 months. The KPI must update automatically based on the timeline filter selection. KPI #2 – Open Case Records During Selected Period The Case Records module also has a field called Stage. I need a KPI that shows: All open case records that were open at any point during the selected timeline filter period. Examples: Select a specific month → show all cases that were open during that month. Select the last 90 days → show all cases that were open at any time within those 90 days. This should also work dynamically with the dashboard timeline filter. Working Style: I prefer to complete this together live on a call. The expert should: Guide me step-by-step while I share my screen. Explain the setup, formulas, queries, joins, or configuration needed. Help me build and test the KPIs during the session. I will pay hourly for the session, and the goal is to complete this together during the meeting.
