Zoho Books Configuration Specialist

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced, part-time freelance Zoho Books Configuration Specialist . In this role, you will lead the end-to-end cloud-based implementation and configuration of Zoho Books to reflect our multi-entity, multi-currency operations. Working directly with our business users and the Group CFO, you will gather requirements, migrate legacy data, set up localized tax rules, and hand over a fully operational accounting environment. Key Responsibilities : 1- Configure the Chart of Accounts (CoA), business units, and multi-currency settings. Successfully migrate and validate historical customer, vendor, and opening balance data. 2-Implement and map tax rules for UAE VAT, KSA VAT, and Turkey Tax rules, ensuring accurate return mapping and reporting. 3-Set up end-to-end workflows for invoicing, billing, payment receipts, automation rules, and live bank feed reconciliations. 4-Deliver custom financial reports and dashboards tailored to management needs, and establish role-based access control matrices for the finance team. 5-Conduct user training sessions, produce comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and provide post-go-live User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support until final sign-off. Required Experience & Qualifications : 3+ years of hands-on platform configuration experience (comprehensive implementation, not just bookkeeping/data entry).
