Zoho Books Setup, Ecosystem Advisory & Owner Training for New Business (India, GST)

We are a newly launched small business in India, setting up our financial systems from scratch. We need an experienced Zoho specialist — someone who knows Zoho Books deeply AND understands the wider Zoho ecosystem well enough to advise us on the right integrations as we grow. We sell through exhibitions, Instagram, and WhatsApp, with a website/e-commerce store planned soon. Our inventory consists of higher-value items sourced from vendors , so accurate per-item costing and purchase tracking matter from day one. We might also carry stock to exhibitions in other cities/states during exhibition , so proper delivery challan and stock transfer setup is important. Scope of work — Zoho Books setup: 1. Set up our organisation in Zoho Books as a new company 2. Configure GST tax rates (intra-state & inter-state) 3. Set up invoice templates for both B2B and B2C 4. Configure inventory tracking suited to individually tracked items (not bulk SKUs), with cost fields for material cost + making/processing charges 5. Set up expense categories relevant to a retail business 6. Create a proper chart of accounts 7. Set up purchase orders and vendor bill workflows (vendor purchases happen only after confirmed customer orders) 8. Set up delivery challans (for goods sent to exhibitions/events without immediate sale, and for approval-basis movement) 9. Set up payment vouchers for cash/non-invoice payments 10. Set up branch/location transfer tracking for stock moved between locations or carried to exhibitions 11. Ensure reports are working correctly — P&L, GST reports, stock reports, and cash flow Zoho ecosystem advisory: 12. Advise us on which other Zoho products (e.g. Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, Zoho Payments, Zoho Commerce/website builder) would genuinely add value for us now vs. later, and how they'd integrate with Zoho Books — we want a right-sized stack, not everything at once Training & handover: 13. A walkthrough session (or a few short sessions) so the founder can independently handle the basics — invoices, expenses, inventory, purchase orders, delivery challans, stock transfers, and reports 14. A simple written reference guide after setup This is a one-time setup project, with the possibility of follow-on work if the fit is right.
