Zoho Books Setup and Development

Title: Zoho Books Setup & Customisation — Templates, Bulk Import, Images & Integrations About the role: We're a commercial furniture and fitout business based on the Gold Coast, operating across the east coast of Australia. We use Zoho Books for quoting, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoicing and are looking for an experienced Zoho Books specialist to help us get more out of the platform. This is a staged engagement — starting with a paid discovery call to confirm the best approach before any build work begins. Scope of work: Stage 1 — Discovery call (paid, fixed fee) Before committing to any build, we want a structured conversation with you covering all items below. Come prepared with options, constraints, and recommendations specific to Zoho Books. We'll confirm approach and scope before proceeding. Stage 2 — Quote template enhancement The current Zoho Books PDF quote template renders product images too small. We want larger product images per line item, and a visual/graphic treatment for the payment terms section rather than plain text. We have a branded mockup design to reference. You'll need to advise whether this is achievable via Zoho's custom HTML/CSS template editor, or whether another approach is required. Stage 3 — Bulk product upload + image workaround We have product catalogues from multiple suppliers (CSV/XLS format) to import into Zoho Books Items. We understand Zoho doesn't natively support bulk image upload via URL — we want you to identify and implement a working workaround. Please come to the discovery call with a proposed solution for this. Stage 4 — Document template formatting Branded, consistent templates required for: Quotes / Estimates Sales Orders Purchase Orders Invoices Credit Notes Delivery dockets / Packing slips Statements of account Remittance advice All templates must use our brand colours, logo, and be consistent in layout and typography. We'll supply brand assets. Stage 5 (future, not immediate) — Assemblies / BOMs We intend to set up composite items/assemblies in Zoho Books. We want your input on the correct import sequence (individual items before assemblies), and assistance with the bulk assembly import when ready. Please flag your experience with this in your proposal. Stage 6 (future, not immediate) — WordPress / WooCommerce integration We run a WooCommerce store and want to explore a seamless link between the website and Zoho Books — including product sync, order flow, and payment method integration to speed up payment processing. Please flag your experience with Zoho Books ↔ WooCommerce integrations in your proposal. What we're looking for: Demonstrated Zoho Books experience (please share examples or describe past Zoho Books projects) Familiarity with Zoho's HTML/CSS custom template editor Experience with Zoho Books bulk imports and workarounds for known limitations Bonus: experience with Zoho Inventory, composite items, and WooCommerce integrations To apply, please answer the following: Have you built or customised Zoho Books PDF templates using the HTML/CSS editor before?
