Zoho CRM Consultant, Configure CRM for Healthcare/Medicaid Services Company (HIPAA)

We're a small NYC healthcare services company (HIPAA applies). We need an experienced Zoho consultant to configure Zoho CRM and connected Zoho One apps to match our workflows. The groundwork is done; this is a configuration job, not a discovery project. We have an active Zoho One subscription, a live public intake form (Zoho Forms) already integrated with CRM Leads, and a detailed written specification covering the data model, fields, status pipeline, workflows, and automation rules. The full spec goes to shortlisted candidates after a signed confidentiality agreement. You'll work from our spec and check in with us for decisions. We move fast and expect the core build to be done within 2 weeks. Scope of work (summary) The work is standard Zoho CRM configuration, done well: customizing the Leads module (custom fields, status pipeline, layouts), lead conversion mapping, custom views, workflow rules and automations, validation rules, an approval process, a couple of custom modules, and some Deluge scripting. Reporting Zoho Analytics. Optionally, a few hours per month of ongoing maintenance after the build. Requirements Proven Zoho CRM configuration experience: custom modules, layouts, workflow rules, Blueprint/approval processes, validation rules — show us examples Strong Deluge scripting Zoho Forms → CRM integration experience Experience with HIPAA-compliant Zoho setups (BAA, HIPAA compliance mode, audit logs, role-based permissions) strongly preferred US-based strongly preferred.
