Zoho CRM / Woo Two Way Sync (Zoho Flow)

I have two Zoho Flows. 1. Syncs orders from Woo (the initial truth source) to Zoho CRM 2. Syncs deal stages between Woo and Zoho CRM (both ways although from then on they are only managed in Zoho CRM) 1. was created a long time ago. 2. I hired someone to do the two way sync about 6 months ago 1 hasn't had any issues in a while but occasionally there is an issue. I can generally just re-execute the task in Zoho Flow and it fixes it. 2 on the other hand works about 95% of the time. But I need it to work 100% of the time (or close). The issues I am noticing most are that the sync from Woo to Zoho is happening too fast so as an order is pending in Woo it then gets completed in Woo but has already synced to Zoho as pending. Now the sync overwrites the completed order in Woo and puts it to pending. I believe there are 1 or 2 deal stage mismatches as well where when a deal goes to one of those stages in Zoho it goes to pending in Woo. That is the job. Check and test flow 2 and find the two fixes for the issues above. If I see any more sync issues I will send them your way. Should be quick and easy for the most part.
