We are looking for someone to create Zoho Forms and integrate them with Zoho CRM for lead capture purposes. The forms will be used on our website and other channels to collect customer inquiries and automatically send the data into the correct CRM modules. The setup should include proper field mapping, ensuring all form submissions are accurately stored in Zoho CRM with correct lead details. We may also need basic configurations such as confirmation messages or notifications after form submission. The goal is to have a smooth and fully automated lead capture system that works reliably without manual data entry.
