Zoho One Implementation Expert

We are looking for an experienced Zoho One Implementation Expert to partner with us on a long-term basis and help us design, build, implement, and continuously improve our business applications within the Zoho ecosystem. We are a growing F&B startup looking to digitize and automate our internal operations across multiple departments. This is not a one-time project. We are looking for someone who can understand our business processes, recommend improvements, and build scalable solutions as our organization grows. Responsibilities: - Build custom applications using Zoho Creator - Configure and implement applications across the Zoho One ecosystem - Design business workflows and automate manual processes - Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting - Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms using APIs - Create dashboards and reports for business insights - Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing applications - Provide technical recommendations and best practices - Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support Applications You May Work On: -HRMS -Recruitment & Applicant Tracking -Employee Lifecycle Management -Attendance & Leave Management -Asset Management -Procurement -Inventory Management -Vendor Management -CRM -Sales Operations -Finance Workflows -Approval Systems -Internal Portals -Reporting Dashboards Required Skills: -Zoho One -Zoho Creator -Deluge Scripting -Zoho Flow -Zoho CRM -REST APIs -API Integrations -Workflow Automation -Database Design -Business Process Automation Preferred Skills: Experience with any of the following is a plus: Zoho Books Zoho People Zoho Inventory Zoho Analytics Zoho Desk JavaScript SQL HTML/CSS Webhooks Third-party integrations Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has hands-on experience implementing Zoho One solutions Can independently understand business requirements and translate them into scalable applications Writes clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Communicates clearly and proactively Thinks beyond development and recommends better business processes Is interested in building a long-term working relationship Project Nature Long-term engagement Multiple modules and continuous enhancements Flexible workload based on project requirements Opportunity to become our go-to Zoho implementation partner When applying, please include: Your experience with Zoho One and Zoho Creator.
