Zoom Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for Zoom technical support specialists to help run conferences and virtual events on Zoom. Our ideal hire is someone who has a studio set up at home with things like Shure mic, multiple monitors, OBS, Stream deck, high quality mixing board, excellent lighting, and at least 5 years of AV technical experience. Ideally, you would have at least 10 hours per week to work our out coordinator/managers to attend kick off meetings, tech checks, rehearsals, and pre event technical and client meetings. You really need to be an expert in Zoom. We only do events using the Zoom platform and our clients rely on us to fix problems, sometimes in real-time, during events and conferences. Experience playing back videos, managing breakout rooms, setting up Zoom accounts, experience running Zoom webinars, and directing Zoom teams.
