We are seeking a Zoominfo expert to build company and contact lists for teams in multiple geographic areas and import them into Hubspot. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing regional data and ensuring seamless integration between Zoominfo and Hubspot. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently to deliver accurate and comprehensive lists. WEEKLY COMMERCIAL HVAC LEAD RESEARCH SPECIALIST Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented lead research specialist to support our commercial HVAC, plumbing, controls, and mechanical services sales teams. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 8 hours per week. The objective is to continuously provide our sales team with new qualified companies and decision-makers to prospect. Work Schedule • 8 hours per week • All deliverables must be submitted by Tuesday at 12:00 PM Central Time Service Territories Interstate AC Service (Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky) • Middle Tennessee • Southern Kentucky • Greater Nashville Metropolitan Area • Surrounding territories within our service footprint Primary Responsibilities Research and identify commercial companies that fit our target customer profile. Research decision-makers within those organizations. Provide accurate contact information and organize all findings into a spreadsheet format provided by our company. Target Industries Priority Industries • Manufacturing • Industrial Facilities • Warehouses & Distribution Centers • Healthcare Facilities • Medical Office Buildings • Hospitals • Commercial Property Management Companies • Commercial Real Estate Firms Secondary Industries • Universities • Private Schools • Churches • Municipal Facilities • Office Buildings Weekly Deliverables Each week, provide: • 150-200 new qualified commercial accounts per Company below. • 2 new contacts (Preferably Maintenance manager, facility manager, plant manager, or purchasing) Account Requirements Only submit companies that: • Operate commercial facilities • Have a need for HVAC, plumbing, controls, maintenance, or replacement services • Are located within our service territories • Are not existing customers • Are not duplicate accounts • Have identified facilities, maintenance, operations, engineering, or property management personnel whenever possible Required Company Information • Company Name • Address • Website • Industry • Market Assignment-Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky Required Contact Information Research and provide decision-makers such as: • Facilities Manager • Director of Facilities • Maintenance Manager • Plant Manager • Engineering Manager • Operations Manager • Property Manager • Regional Property Manager • President / Owner Required Contact Fields • First Name • Last Name • Title • Email Address • Direct Phone Number • Mobile Number (if available) Weekly Market Allocation Interstate AC Service (Middle Tennessee & Southern Kentucky) • 125 Companies per week • 2 contacts per account Success Metrics Performance will be evaluated on: • Number of qualified accounts submitted • Number of qualified contacts submitted • Data accuracy • Data completeness • On-time delivery • Quality of target companies identified Long-Term Goal The purpose of this role is to ensure our sales team begins every week with a fresh list of qualified commercial companies and decision-makers to contact, helping create new business opportunities across all markets. The ideal outcome is that every Account Manager has a continuous supply of high-quality commercial prospects to support maintenance agreement growth, service revenue growth, replacement projects, controls opportunities, and new customer acquisition.
