Summary

What You Will Do HR & People Operations - Support employee onboarding: equipment setup, email creation, document collection, contract signing - Maintain employee records and training logs in Zoho People; improve current processes - Assist with intern recruitment in coordination with local universities and schools - Help build and reinforce company culture across a remote, multicultural team Office & Vendor Management - Manage day-to-day office needs: cleaning schedule, supplies, water, facilities - Act as the primary contact point with JTC (our industrial landlord) - Liaise with Verti Sharepoint for contract and document management Recruitment Support - Post job listings on LinkedIn and manage incoming applications - Coordinate on-site interviews and follow-up logistics - Collect candidate documents and support the hiring workflow General Administration - Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise - Support coordination between Singapore office and Switzerland HQ What We Are Looking For - Based in Singapore, able to commute to the office - Prior experience in admin, HR coordination, or office management - Familiar with tools like Zoho People, SharePoint, or similar platforms - Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong written English; Mandarin is a plus - Experience in a small, fast-moving company preferred Engagement Details Platform: Upwork contract Commitment: approximately 1 day per week (~8 hours) Schedule: flexible, agreed in advance Work mode: hybrid (50% on-site at our Singapore office, 50% remote) About Us MDS+ Group is a fast-growing Swiss-Singaporean engineering and MedTech company operating across Europe and Asia.
