We are a CPA firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for ongoing support.

Work Schedule Requirement: -Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (this is required) Responsibilities: -bookkeeping and transaction categorization -Bank and credit card reconciliations -Accounts payable and accounts receivable -Assist with month-end close -Maintain accurate and organized financial records -Support CPA team with financial reports and client data Qualifications: -Proven bookkeeping experience (preferably supporting a CPA firm or multiple clients) -Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) -Experience handling multiple sets of books -High attention to detail and accuracy -Strong communication and responsiveness -Ability to meet deadlines consistently Details: -Remote, part-time position -Consistent weekly hours required -Long-term opportunity for the right candidate To Apply: Please include: -Your bookkeeping experience (especially with CPA firms or multiple clients) -Confirmation that you can work 9 AM – 2 PM PST We are looking for someone dependable who can become a long-term part of our team.
