build a high quality prospect database - Lead generation

I’m looking for an experienced GTM, Clay or data enrichment specialist to build a premium-quality prospect database for outbound sales. This is not a Google Maps scrape or an Apollo export. I’m looking for someone who knows how to combine multiple data sources, AI research, enrichment APIs and email verification to produce highly accurate decision-maker data.
