E-commerce Agency to Fully Operate Dropshipping Store (Done-For-You, Profit Share)

About the opportunity I own a US-registered LLC and I'm looking for an experienced e-commerce agency (not a solo freelancer) to fully build and operate a dropshipping business on my behalf, end to end. I want a true done-for-you partner: you handle strategy, store build, product research, supplier sourcing, advertising, and day-to-day operations. I provide the legal entity and the operating capital, and I stay in control of the money. We share profit on terms we agree before starting. What you would own - Recommend the best model and platform (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.) based on your experience and current results - Product and niche research, supplier sourcing and vetting - Store setup, branding, listings, and conversion optimization - Paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google) — creative, testing, scaling - Order fulfillment coordination and customer service - Weekly reporting on spend, revenue, margin, and profit How this works (please read carefully) - The business runs under my US LLC. I keep ownership and control of the bank account, payment processor (Stripe/PayPal), and all platform accounts. You receive operating access to run the store — not banking access. - I fund a defined, capped operating budget for ads and inventory. You operate within that budget and request increases with justification. - Compensation: I'm open to your proposed structure (profit share, retainer + profit share, or other). Tell me what has worked for you and why. - Everything will be governed by a written contract covering scope, the profit split, who pays for what, IP ownership, and termination.
