E-commerce Email Support Rep – Shopify Fashion Brands

**Title:** E-commerce Email Support Rep – Shopify Fashion Brands (Long-Term, Full-Time) We run multiple Shopify stores selling sunglasses and apparel, handling a high volume of customer emails daily through Freshdesk. We're looking for a reliable, full-time email support rep to join our existing support team. **What you'll do:** - Answer customer emails in Freshdesk (order status, tracking, returns, refunds, exchanges) - Look up and manage orders in Shopify (edit addresses, process refunds, cancel orders) - Follow our reply templates and SOPs, escalate anything unusual - Hit daily ticket targets while keeping quality high **Requirements:** - 2+ years of e-commerce email support experience (Shopify strongly preferred) - Excellent written English – clear, polite, professional - Experience with Freshdesk, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar helpdesk - Reliable internet and computer, able to work consistent hours - Available full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term commitment **Nice to have:** - Dropshipping experience (handling shipping delay conversations) - Experience with disputes/chargebacks or PayPal cases **To apply:** Start your proposal with the word "SUNRISE" so we know you read this.
