E-commerce Post-Live Support Specialist

About Us We are a premier jewelry manufacturer based in China, currently expanding our market presence in the United States. To support this growth, we are seeking dedicated US-based team members to join our operations. Role & Responsibilities No On-Camera Streaming Required: This is a backend position. We respect your preference to work behind the scenes (though the option to host live shows remains open should you wish to pivot later). Core Duties: You will focus on vital post-live customer support, including handling customer inquiries, managing and canceling orders, tracking shipments, and gathering customer feedback. Requirements Must be a current US resident. Must be an existing Whatnot seller (or willing to easily apply for an individual seller account). Patient, polite, and demonstrating a high level of responsibility. What We Offer Our dedicated team in China will handle 100% of the live streaming and sales.
