eBay UK Dropshipping Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced eBay UK dropshipping operator to set up and manage a new eBay UK account from scratch. The selected person will be responsible for handling the full account setup and day-to-day management after signup. The person must have proven experience managing eBay UK dropshipping accounts and must be able to show previous results, such as sales screenshots, account performance, product research examples, or case studies. This role is not just about listing products. We need someone who can set up the account properly, protect account health, handle product research, listings, orders, customer service, returns, and grow the account responsibly. Responsibilities ✅ Set up the new eBay UK account properly ✅ Complete account settings, business policies, payment setup, shipping settings, and return settings ✅ Research profitable products for the UK eBay marketplace ✅ Source products from reliable and compliant suppliers ✅ Create optimized eBay listings with titles, images, descriptions, item specifics, and pricing ✅ Manage orders, tracking, and supplier coordination ✅ Handle customer messages professionally ✅ Manage returns, refunds, cancellations, and disputes ✅ Monitor account health, late shipment rate, defects, cases, and feedback ✅ Track revenue, supplier cost, eBay fees, and net profit ✅ Provide daily or weekly reports on listings, sales, profit, issues, and actions taken Requirements ✅ Proven experience with eBay UK dropshipping ✅ Must be able to show previous results or proof of work ✅ Experience setting up and managing eBay accounts from scratch ✅ Strong understanding of eBay policies and account health ✅ Good product research and competitor analysis skills ✅ Ability to calculate profit margins accurately ✅ Good written English for customer support ✅ Experience with tools like AutoDS, Zik Analytics, DSM Tool, SKU Grid, or similar is a plus ✅ Must be honest, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Important Rules ✅ No spam listing ✅ No fake tracking ✅ No risky supplier methods without approval ✅ No policy violations ✅ No blindly copying other sellers’ listings ✅ Every product must have clear margin, delivery time, supplier reliability, and return process ✅ Account health must be protected from the beginning Salary The salary for this role will be $400 per month, but we will discuss and finalize the salary before starting the project. We may also discuss a performance-based bonus later, depending on results and account profitability.
