eBay Product Listing Assistant (AliExpress to eBay) – Ongoing Work

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help upload products from AliExpress to our eBay store. This is an ongoing role with the potential for long-term work for the right person. Your main responsibility will be creating high-quality eBay listings from products sourced on AliExpress while ensuring all information is accurate, organised, and suitable for an Australian customer base. Responsibilities Product Listing Creation * Source products from AliExpress links provided (or independently identify suitable products if requested). * Upload products to eBay. * Create clear, keyword-rich product titles. * Assign SKUs to each listing. * Write readable and informative product descriptions. * Select the correct eBay categories and item specifics. Image Selection & Optimisation * Upload high-quality product images. * Ensure images are suitable for Australian and English-speaking customers. * Remove or avoid images containing: * Chinese text * Foreign-language branding * Watermarks * Low-quality graphics * Prioritise clean, professional-looking product photos. Product Tracking & Data Management * Maintain a Google Sheet containing: * eBay Item ID * Product Title * SKU * AliExpress Product URL * Supplier Name * Product Cost * Shipping Cost (if applicable) * Ensure every eBay listing can be quickly matched to its AliExpress source when an order is received. Shipping & Accuracy * Verify AliExpress shipping times before listing. * Set handling and delivery estimates on eBay that are realistic and slightly longer than the supplier’s estimated delivery timeframe. * Do not use unrealistic shipping estimates simply to increase sales. * Accuracy is more important than speed. Requirements Essential * Experience creating eBay listings. * Strong English writing skills. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records. * Experience with Google Sheets. Preferred * Experience with AliExpress sourcing. * Experience with dropshipping businesses. * Knowledge of eBay SEO and keyword optimisation. * Familiarity with Australian eCommerce customers.
