eBay Store Manager - Amazon to eBay Dropshipping

ABOUT THE ROLE We're a growing eCommerce agency that manages online stores for our clients. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help run the day-to-day operations of these stores from one easy-to-use dashboard. This is a fully remote role. You do NOT need a technical or coding background — if you're comfortable using everyday websites and following clear instructions, you can do this job. We provide full training and a complete step-by-step guide. The work is varied and meaningful: you'll be finding products, keeping orders moving, taking care of customers, running marketing, and managing billing — everything that keeps a store healthy and growing. WHAT YOU'LL DO (DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES) Source Products Find good products to sell. You'll use our built-in research tools to discover items that sell well, then add them to the stores. The goal is steady, quality growth — keeping each store stocked with products that actually move. Make Sure Orders Get Fulfilled Keep orders flowing smoothly from sale to delivery. You'll check that orders are processed and shipped on time and that nothing gets stuck, so every buyer gets their item promptly. Respond to Customers Be the friendly voice of each store. When a buyer reaches out with a question or an issue, you'll read it, understand it, and respond helpfully and professionally. This includes handling returns, "where's my order" questions, disputes, and cancellation requests — always protecting the store's reputation with fast, fair service. Handle Marketing Campaigns Help each store's products get seen by more shoppers. You'll set up and manage advertising and promotional campaigns for the listings on each account, and keep an eye on how they're performing so we get the most out of every dollar. Manage Client Billing Handle payment collection from our clients. You'll create and send invoices, track which ones are paid, and keep billing organized and up to date. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Reliable and consistent — this is daily work, and the stores need attention every day. Strong written English with a friendly, professional tone — you'll be communicating with customers regularly. Detail-oriented and organized — you'll be juggling several stores and tasks at once. Calm and fair when handling problems — returns and complaints are part of the job, and handling them well matters. Comfortable learning a simple web dashboard — no technical background required. A good communicator — willing to ask questions when something is unclear rather than guess. Nice to have (not required): experience with eCommerce, eBay/Amazon, online marketplaces, customer support, marketing/advertising, or prior virtual assistant work.
