eCommerce order fulfill and Customer Service Representative

Job Title: E-commerce Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Specialist (Remote) Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Process and manage daily order fulfillment across Amazon and eBay using our ERP system and Excel/XLS reporting. Customer Support: Respond to online customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and helpful manner to maintain store performance metrics. Working Hours: Eastern Time (ET): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Qualifications: Language: Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel (XLS) for order processing. Key Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly responsible.
