AI expert in Base44 / Claude Agent / Make

Who we are. Mindful Agency is a fast-growing authority-growth firm for top founders and experts. We're building an internal system — the Authority Engine — that turns every client appearance into content, warm introductions, rankings, and sales, with AI doing the volume and our people keeping the taste. We need an engineer to build it. The role. Stand up our end-to-end automation system over roughly 6–8 weeks, then keep it healthy on a light monthly retainer. You're not architecting from scratch — we'll hand you a complete build playbook and agent specs. You're wiring proven tools into a reliable, client-facing machine and making sure it never breaks in front of a client. What you'll build. A relational data backbone in Airtable (clients, appearances, content assets, network, intros, reporting). Automations in Make.com (or n8n) that trigger AI agents, validate their output, route everything through human-approval gates, retry on failure, and alert us when something needs a person. Integrations to the Claude API (our seven agents), transcription, Slack approvals, a Softr/Glide client portal, scheduling, and billing. The reliability layer: error handling, monitoring, a staging environment, versioned prompts, backups, and kill switches. You're a fit if you have. Deep, hands-on expertise with Make.com or n8n (built real, production automations — not just demos). Strong Airtable data modeling. Experience integrating LLM APIs (Claude or OpenAI), including handling structured/JSON output and validating it. Comfort with a no-code app builder (Softr, Glide, or similar) for the client portal. Light JavaScript for glue and data transforms. Most important: a reliability mindset — you think in retries, idempotency, error handling, and graceful failure, because this system runs our business and clients touch it. Nice to have. Slack app/approval flows, Stripe, prior agency or client-facing automation work, prompt engineering. Engagement. Fractional/contract for the build (~6–8 weeks), then a small monthly maintenance retainer. Remote. Start ASAP.
