Website 1: Real Estate Brokerage Website (BR) Tasks for BR: * Fix or reduce spam messages coming through the BR WordPress site. * Set up or fix newsletter sign-up functionality. * Put all property listings under the correct admin account. Details will be provided once hired. * Fix the BR home page and remove the blank space/empty section. * Clean up and improve the "Tips for Being Green" page. * Replace the current homepage statement with: "Since the beginning, our goal has been simple: to provide honest guidance, quality service, and timely support throughout the real estate process." * Change the page title from "Contact Us" to "Contact Us / Let's Talk About Your Real Estate Goals." * Make the contact page feel more welcoming and conversational rather than a standard contact form. * Include a professional photo to be provided. * Add a prominent text box or content section where I can easily edit and update a personal welcome message without needing developer assistance. * Ensure the welcome message area appears near the top of the page next to or below the photo. * Consider adding a brief introduction and clear expectations for how and when visitors can expect a response. Website 2: Real Estate Listing Website (SF) Tasks for SF: * Improve the front-page photo. * Review the home page layout and organization. It currently feels confusing and disorganized. * Make sure the payment system works properly. * Change outgoing website emails. Some emails are currently being sent from a default WordPress email address. I would like them sent from a different email address that I will provide. * Set up the site so that if someone owns the listing or has an exclusive listing agreement, they can post a listing without entering credit card information. * Simplify the user roles. The only roles should be: * Admin * Landlord / Leasing Agent * Broker / Agent * Home Seeker * Allow approved users to post listings, but all listings must require my approval before they go live. * Make it easier for me to approve new users. * Allow listers to select up to three neighborhoods when posting a listing. * Review the overall listing workflow and suggest ways to make the site easier for users and administrators.
