VA for Conducting Interviews (EST Time Zone)

Hello, We are a retail company based in the U.S. and we are almost always hiring more people. We are looking for a good English-speaking VA who can conduct and record interviews via zoom call. You do not need any prior knowledge about the company/industry and these are all open-ended questions like “What was your favourite job that you've had so far? Why was it your favourite?”, etc. However, you should have the ability to hold a conversation well so that it doesn’t become robotic or too mechanical. Your role is to: 1. Respond to the job applicants on Indeed and schedule an interview with them. 2. Conduct and record the interview and share the video link with us. That’s it. Our hiring manager will then go through the recordings to decide if a person is the right fit for us. Each interview is 15-20 minutes long and we expect around 20 interviews per month. The ideal candidate is someone who: 1. Is available to take interviews in EST working hours 2. Is fluent in English and speaks in a neutral accent 3. Is organized so that they can schedule and show up on the calls 4. Can keep a clean and professional appearance on Camera In your proposal, please send a 1 minute video clip of you starting with the interview. Pick any basic questions you deem fit.
