We run paid social creative for brands on Meta. High volume, fast cycles, real performance data every week. We know what works and we're building a team of people who can push it further. If you've ever watched an ad and immediately understood why it converts, the hook, the angle, the avatar, the pacing, this might be for you. The role: You'll own your weekly batches. That means researching angles, writing briefs, iterating on winners, testing wildcards, and working closely with editors, designers and a media buyer to make sure what goes out actually performs. No hand-holding, no micromanaging, just a clear system, real feedback from data, and room to do your best work. You're probably a fit if: You have real experience with Meta ads for impulse-buy or dropshipping products You think in hooks and angles, not just content You're comfortable with AI avatar and UGC-style formats You move fast and deliver consistently week to week You have work you can show us ideally with numbers attached You are good at communicating, working alone and in a team What we offer: $1,000–$1,500/month full-time depending on experience Fully remote and async Performance bonuses when your ads win A team that's actually building something Send us your portfolio and a few words on the type of products you've worked with.
