We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist for B2B business development who can identify, engage, and convert potential clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, sales outreach, Upwork bidding, and LinkedIn-based prospecting. Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality B2B leads through various channels. Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers. Manage and execute lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn, email outreach, and other prospecting tools. Create and maintain prospect databases and CRM records. Bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Write compelling proposals and customize bids according to client requirements. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with prospects to support the sales pipeline. Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for client conversion. Track, analyze, and report lead generation and bidding performance metrics. Required Skills: Proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales development. Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing. Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to research target markets and identify qualified prospects. Familiarity with email marketing and cold outreach strategies. Strong understanding of sales funnels and business development processes. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international clients. Knowledge of lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Lusha, or similar platforms. Understanding of digital marketing and demand generation strategies. Proven track record of generating leads and closing business opportunities. Objective: The primary goal of this role is to generate qualified B2B leads, secure projects through Upwork and LinkedIn outreach, support sales growth, and contribute to the overall business development strategy of the company.
