E-learning Developer - Articulate Storyline and Rise

I’m looking for a skilled E-Learning Developer / Instructional Designer to support the development of a training module. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise, can take existing content and turn it into an engaging, learner-friendly experience, and is comfortable collaborating with SMEs. Responsibilities: Transform existing content into a polished e-learning course using Articulate Storyline and/or Rise Improve structure, flow, and learner engagement Add relevant visuals, interactions, knowledge checks, and accessibility-friendly elements Ensure the course aligns with adult learning principles and clear learning outcomes Perform internal QA and make revisions as needed Deliver final SCORM-compliant files ready for LMS upload Requirements: Proven experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise) Solid instructional design foundation (ADDIE or similar) Ability to organize and improve raw content Strong communication and attention to detail Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Ability to start quickly and work efficiently Nice to Have: Experience with corporate training Graphic design or media production skills (optional) Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) best practices Deliverables: Completed e-learning module (Storyline or Rise) Editable source files (Articulate 360) SCORM package (1.2 or 2004) How to Apply: Please submit: Your portfolio (Storyline/Rise samples required) A brief note outlining your experience Your estimated timeline and hourly/flat-rate proposal
