n8n + Docker Workflow Build — Multi-Platform Social Posting Automation

Summary

I'm building an automated content publishing pipeline for two consumer brands. The creative work (briefs, images, captions) is produced upstream and lands in an Airtable queue with status="approved". I need n8n workflows running on my self-hosted Docker server to handle everything from there: render the post visuals, push to a multi-platform scheduler, log results, and pull weekly engagement data back into Airtable. This is a phased build. We'll start with Phase 1 only — if we work well together we'll continue through the later phases over the following weeks
