The ideal candidate must possess extensive executive-level experience, displaying absolute mastery and high professionalism in executing these strategic functions. This project is a critical requirement within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); hence, the candidate must demonstrate deep familiarity and hands-on expertise with all local regulations, legislative frameworks, governance models, risk management protocols, and feasibility studies specific to the Saudi market. A proven track record of successfully driving and delivering mega, highly complex, and diversified projects is mandatory. ------------------------------ ## Key Responsibilities * Drive Governance & Compliance: Architect and mature corporate governance frameworks to guarantee absolute compliance with internal policies and external Saudi legislative laws. * Risk & Regulatory Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate strategic and operational risks, ensuring organizational resilience and representing the entity before Saudi regulatory authorities. * Lead Enterprise Architecture: Oversee the design and evolution of the enterprise architecture to seamlessly align technological infrastructure and business processes with long-term strategic goals. * Spearhead Digital Transformation: Formulate and execute comprehensive, cutting-edge digital transformation strategies to optimize operational efficiency and foster innovation. * Conduct Feasibility Studies: Evaluate and validate comprehensive feasibility studies for mega-projects, ensuring commercial viability and strategic alignment with KSA’s market dynamics. * Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with top-tier executive leadership to bridge the gap between commercial ambitions and strict regulatory compliance. ------------------------------ ## Requirements & Qualifications * Local Expertise (Mandatory): Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of all KSA regulations, laws, corporate governance codes, and compliance standards. * Proven Track Record: Extensive experience managing mega, highly complex, and diversified projects, preferably within major Saudi entities or gigaprojects. * Professional Mastery: Demonstrated capability to execute complex strategic initiatives with absolute professionalism, agility, and precision. * Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in an executive-level or C-suite advisory capacity. * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or a related field. * Professional Certifications: Highly preferred to hold relevant credentials such as CGEIT, CRISC, TOGAF, PMP, or equivalent risk/governance certifications. * Core Competencies: Exceptional strategic thinking, executive presence, advanced negotiation skills, and decisive judgment in dynamic environments.
