We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to design a precision CNC-machined aluminium enclosure for an RF electronic product. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical product design, aluminium enclosure design, and proficiency in SolidWorks. Scope of Work: - Design a precision aluminium enclosure for an RF PCB assembly. - Develop a manufacturable 3D CAD model and production drawings. - Ensure the aluminium enclosure properly accommodates the RF PCB, SMA connectors, mounting hardware, and other mechanical components. - Design for CNC machining, considering tolerances, assembly, fastening methods, and ease of manufacturing. - Recommend practical solutions for enclosure assembly, grounding, and mechanical robustness. - Incorporate design revisions based on feedback from our RF simulation team. The enclosure will be simulated together with the PCB, and minor mechanical changes may be required to optimize RF performance.
