we are looking for a system administrator or devops engineer to deploy, configure, and secure a self-hosted n8n instance, with a view for long-term preventive maintenance. tasks to complete: provision a Hetzner Cloud vps (cx22 model with 2 GB RAM, which is perfect for our initial volume of 250 000 requests per year, and can scale up to 5M). install n8n community edition using Docker and Docker Compose. configure a secure PostgreSQL database with automated backups. link the domain to Cloudflare for dns, security, and caching. setup a Let's Encrypt ssl certificate for secure https access. configure external monitoring using Better Stack or Uptime Robot to alert us instantly in case of server downtime. create a global internal error-handling workflow in n8n using the "Error Trigger" node to intercept logical anomalies across our 32 event flows. deliver a simple one-line terminal command for future n8n updates. long-term collaboration: we want to establish a long-term relationship for regular preventive maintenance (every 3 to 6 weeks) to perform updates, clean Docker logs, and optimize database storage. please specify your hourly rate or monthly retainer for this task. skills required: Linux, Docker, and Docker Compose.
