EA to the Experience Team
Worldwide
## About Loaf At Loaf, we create athlete-led experiences in some of the most extraordinary places on earth. We partner with world-class athletes to design and host small-group adventures where guests don't just visit a destination — they experience how those athletes think, train, and move through the world. One month we might be skiing in Kyrgyzstan. The next, cycling through Rwanda. Then trail running across the Pyrenees. We're a small team building something ambitious: a company that helps athletes create meaningful experiences with their communities while Loaf handles everything behind the scenes. --- ## Why We're Hiring Loaf is growing quickly. As we launch more athletes, more trips, and more partnerships, we need someone who can create leverage across the company. This role works directly with our Head of Experience helping create the organisation, momentum, and clarity required to scale Loaf. --- ## What You'll Do ## Support * Own and manage the calendar * Protect focus time and reduce unnecessary interruptions * Coordinate meetings and follow-ups * Draft emails and communications in the right voice * Support investor outreach and follow-up communications * Help manage logistics, including scheduling meetings, sharing decks, and coordinating follow-ups * Manage travel, accommodation, logistics, and scheduling * Help keep priorities visible and moving ### Operations Support * Coordinate contracts, signatures, and documentation * Prepare meeting briefs and summaries * Keep information organised and accessible * Support the creation of presentations and reports. * Help document and improve playbooks --- ## What Being "Loafie" Means This role is not for everyone. The best people at Loaf tend to share a few things: * They are naturally curious * They take ownership without waiting to be asked * They enjoy building things that don't exist yet * They are comfortable with ambiguity * They care about growth, adventure, and becoming better humans You do not need to be an elite athlete. But you should understand why someone would wake up before sunrise to train. Why people cross mountain ranges for fun. Why challenge, discomfort, and adventure matter. Because that's the world we live in. --- ## What Great Looks Like * You see a problem and propose a solution in the same message * You follow through relentlessly * You communicate clearly and directly * You notice details before they become problems * You create clarity when things feel messy * You leave systems better than you found them * You care about outcomes, not activity Most importantly: People trust you. --- ## You Enjoy Making Things Happen * You are the type of person who notices something has been sitting for a week and follows up without being asked * You don't let important things fall through the cracks * You are proactive by nature and enjoy taking ownership --- ## Requirements * 2+ years supporting a founder, executive, operations team, or fast-moving business * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) * Exceptional written and verbal English (C1-C2 level) * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable with tools such as Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar * Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing clarity or quality * Full-time availability (40 hours per week) --- ## Working Across Time Zones Loaf operates globally. We work with athletes, operators, partners, and investors across multiple continents. Occasionally this means early calls or unusual schedules. Not every day. Not every week. But sometimes building something global requires flexibility. When that happens, we balance it on the other side. --- ## Nice to Have * Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) * Experience supporting fundraising activities * Startup experience * Travel, outdoor, endurance sport, or adventure industry exposure --- ## Growth This is not a traditional assistant role. As Loaf grows, this role can evolve into operations leadership, project ownership, or broader company responsibilities. We're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the business. --- ## How to Apply Please send: 1. A short introduction about yourself 2. Why this role feels like a fit 3. An example of a system, process, or project you've improved 4. A short Loom video (optional, but highly encouraged) We're less interested in perfect CVs and more interested in people who take ownership, move things forward, and want to help build something meaningful.
