AI training consultant

I am an entrepreneur and current VP of Supply Chain looking for an AI & Automation expert to help me bridge the gap between technical skills and agency execution (starting one). My goal is to launch a marketing agency focused on helping small businesses with Branding, Lead Automation, and Conversion. I am looking for a partner to build this with. What I need from you: Deep Proficiency: Expertise in AI tools for research, workflow automation and lead-gen systems. The "Coach-Operator" Model: We will work together for ~1 hour daily. Your role is to train me on tool implementation while helping me design the agency's internal systems. Future collaboration: As we progress, I am looking for someone interested in a long-term consulting role to help manage the technical infrastructure of the agency as we scale. About You: You are a builder, not just a teacher. You understand the business side of AI—how to translate complex automation into tangible ROI for small business clients. You have experience setting up lead-funnels and can explain the "why" behind the "how." Why this is a unique project: You won’t just be a freelancer completing tasks; you will be helping shape the foundation of a new agency. To start I will pay you on hourly basis.
