AI voice agent for restaurant order taking and customer support (inbound + outbound)

I own a restaurant in jersey city and most of our orders come in through phone calls, which are currently handled by a customer support team that takes the orders and manages the delivery process. As, we expand, this team keeps growing along with the cost of maintaining it, so I'm looking to build an AI powered voice agent that handles both inbound and outbound calls. The agent should speak in natural, human like conversational way, take orders, note down customer address, explain the full menue when asked, and forward completed orders to our kitchen. After delivery, it should call the customer back to take feedback on food taste and quality, and it should also make calls to update customers about the upcoming discounts and so on.
