I have been working in illustration, animation, and video production since 1991, but I have always loved to draw. After working as an animator for a few years, I enrolled in NCSA in film making because I wanted to nourish and grow the storytelling side of my work. I worked freelance in television and design until I met up with the artists at Out of Our Minds. I got to try out a dozen specialties under their roof--everything from 3D Modeling, Character Design, UV Surfacing, Editing, Foley and more. From there I took my experience and taught at, and then took over the Animation and Digital Effects program at FTCC. I have always had a passion for digital art of every kind, but story telling is my true talent. I believe every frame should be a work of artistry, and every line, note, and shadow carries the story within the frame to the viewer.
