Kia ora, I’m Billy, a craft-led Registered Landscape Architect (NZILA) based in Grenoble with 6+ years in practice. I design nature-based and expressive landscapes from concept through to construction, with a focus on people, local context, and buildable outcomes. I’ve worked in internationally recognised landscape architecture studios in New Zealand across public, commercial, and private projects internationally. My work ranges from river corridors and public realm work to intimate urban courtyards and residential gardens.
 My process is simple: talk, draw, test. I like to understand how a place is lived in, then develop it through drawing, iteration and documentation into something clear and buildable.
 I’m interested in landscapes in that hold up over time. I like to ensure that: planting makes sense for the site, materials age well, site-issues are resolved in a nature based way and design drawings/details are clear and concise.
