These insights formed the foundation of a 10,000-word Sales Playbook I wrote for the company, and a Conversational Intelligence project. After leading all other salespeople for 4 months, I was given my own team, which I led as the #1 sales team for 9 out of 10 months. Eventually, I was in charge of running the department, hiring all new sales agents, and training them. We grew from 4 agents to 150, broke records, grew to $1.6B in sales, and duplicated this sales team offshore, and in a new geography, with a lower cost basis.
