My name is David Thirumur and I am an Award-Winning Transformational Coach, Leadership Speaker, and Training Expert.

At the same time, I also am an avid student of the power of habits and rituals and I consistently push for action and habit formation to consolidate on the gains that have been made, in order to make the transformation permanent.

I am a Dale Carnegie certified trainer, so I am highly proficient in instructional design, Bloom's Taxonomy, Gestalt's Theories of Design, Adult Learning Principles, etc. and I combine all my knowledge to produce the training program that will make the most impact for you and your team.
