    One of the biggest problems in the fitness world is that 90% of fitness articles are boring. They are either completely devoid of personality or badly written. The reason for this? Most personal trainers are NOT writers, and most writers are NOT personal trainers. This leads to well-written articles that are factually incorrect, or well-researched articles that read like the back of a cereal box. Dry, uninteresting, and so stuffed with keywords that entire paragraphs become nonsensical. I have spent the last five years trying to change that. All of my articles are based around scientific research, and I follow the work of real exercise scientists closely (Brad Schoenfeld, Layne Norton, Bret Contreras, Alan Aragon etc). But (whenever my clients allow me) I always attempt to turn dull articles into funny, interesting, and “shareable” content. I have a background in Sports Science, with a degree from London Metropolitan University, a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science, and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with the Register of Exercise Professionals. I also have a Precision Nutrition qualification. I have trained people both online and in person for over 7 years, and have written over 1,000 articles on fitness and nutrition subjects. As a result I decided to complete my diploma in personal training in 2015 and have been working as a trainer ever since. Not only am I a personal trainer, I am also a certified yoga instructor. I have been personally practicing yoga for many years; I started in my early teenage years and experiencing the benefits of yoga practice inspired me to share this with others. I completed my yoga teacher training course in India which allowed me to deepen my knowledge and understanding of yoga. I want to take what I have learnt and experienced in my yoga journey to help you introduce yoga into your own life and experience the amazing benefits of this practice.
