When the program ramped down, I sought and immediately found a huge opportunity as a Customer Champion in Nomorerack, A Virtual contact center with a growing market which allowed me the convenience of staying at home while performing what I do best, providing best in class customer experience. After once again proving myself for several months I aspired growth and actively volunteered for leadership roles, an amazing experience of conducting peer-to-peering coaching and performing skill transfers to new agents of the team. My ability to keep up with the dynamic trend of changes along with my solution focus mentality allowed me to become one of the most skillful professionals in this industry. Then after a year and half I discovered much great opportunities when I found Odesk and recently became Upwork.
