I help first-time self-publishing authors prepare beautifully designed print books and ebooks for Amazon KDP and other platforms! I am a meticulous editorial designer who creates print-ready, custom-designed novels, nonfiction titles, workbooks/journals, and children's books of all kinds. I design print interiors, ebooks, and covers that fit, and I guarantee the successful upload of all my files to KDP (or your POD platform of choice). I use only Adobe InDesign, the gold standard of professional graphic design software, for all book interior layouts and cover designs. (I'm sorry, but I do not design book layouts in Canva, MS Word, Kindle Create, Atticus, or Vellum, etc.) You’ll need a completed, edited, and proofread manuscript before I start designing. However, if your project is still in rough shape (or if you're not sure exactly *what* you need), don't worry: I can evaluate it for you and provide copyediting and proofreading services to *Chicago Manual of Style* standards in order to perfect that manuscript before I start laying out a single page.
