I am a qualified mechanical design engineer with a Master of Science degree in thermal engineering. My main industry is mobile hydraulics and mechanical engineering. My profession as a designer motivates me to explore new fields and technologies in which I am successful. My experience as a design engineer is more than 3 years, with a combined experience in 3D modeling, mechanics, design and development of 5 years. During this time I managed to realize a lot of demanded projects, for example: test bench of hydraulic blocks and hydraulic cylinders, integration of robotic arm with CNC milling machine, developed a flow regulator, thanks to which my client managed to take the place of a competitor at a large customer, after which this regulator began to be produced in series. I also participated in bench tests and carried out quality control of the parts. During development, my primary focus is on product optimization, cost reduction, and simplified production. My capabilities include, but are not limited to: 1) 3D CAD modeling - I am an experienced engineer skilled in conducting complex professional CAD modeling (complex surface modeling, complex assemblies, etc.). Create and optimize 3D models for subsequent CNC machining, 3D printing, visualization or analysis. My main tools are Siemens NX, Solidworks. 2) Engineering drawings/design specification - creation of detailed drawings (ASM Y14.5 standard, ISO standard), digitization of drawings, creation of CAD models from drawing. My main tools are Solidworks, Autocad. 3) Mechanical Engineering - My knowledge extends to areas such as thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and materials science. For example: metalworking, tolerances and fits, hydraulics, CFD/ FEA analysis (Stress/strain/fluid flow/volume analysis/fatigue analysis/center of gravity/etc.). 4) Technical Expertise - In my work, I am focused on efficiently completing tasks, whether it is modernizing existing products or developing new ones. I will help you interpret drawings, technical schematics and reports, as well as formulate project requirements and areas for improvement during design review.
