I work in Altium Designer for schematic and PCB board layout, and use Solidworks or Autodesk Fusion for physical component design and working with complex physical assemblies. I have designed many injection molded parts, stamped metal parts, etc. Many of my products involve radio so I’m familiar with the FCC test lab process for both module based radios and custom designs. I have designed Internet of Things IoT products, wireless mesh networking, and low cost proprietary point to point radios.
