Here is I am going to introduce my work experience: In may 2017 I was hired in Canadian company which was opening an office in Kharkiv named Ehvert. I was one of the first five people who started to work there and was that person who helped a company owner to set up the company in an administrative way. So I worked there a little bit more than two years. I handled there all MEP stuff: mechanical, electrical, plumbing sections. Also I worked on point clouds in Recap creation and utilization along with revit. Most of us were universal there. After one year when we were starting expand I became a mentor of new employees and junior team members. What we were modelling there? Data centers and Cannabis facilities which located in Canada. Why? The owner loves to take challenges and here considered that Data Centers and Cannabis are similar in order to they both need a good cooling and heating systems which we call HVAC. That is why we mostly worked on such projects and where I got fantastic experience. After that I worked in GENPRO - ukrainian-russian company, which just set up BIM department to get the USA market and hired me to work with them. In that company I worked about half of year. I modeled plumbing systems and sometimes was involved in mech stuff refer to ducts when they need help there. Knowledge of NY plumbing code. Then I started to work as a freelancer with a permanent client from Israel. I worked with them for about one year on Architectural and Structural sections - modeled apartment buildings located in Israel. The purpose of the modelling was to get a super-accurate BOQ to help a client to calculate as accurate as possible their costing on the materials to get an advantage over their competitors or sometimes just save their money by not buying extra materials. Also I can gather a team If we would have deadlines or you would have volumes which could manage more than one person.
